Anthropic is explicit about it: certifications belong to individual people, not companies. Change jobs and it goes with you.

Firms need certified people on the bench
A consultancy needs ten active certified practitioners to reach Select in the Claude Partner Network, a hundred for Preferred and a thousand for Global Premier. Those people have to come from somewhere.

It only counts while you stay active
A certification counts toward a firm's standing only while the person behind it is still working with Claude. It is a reason to keep your hand in, not a certificate for the drawer.

Which certifications is this material aimed at?▾
The four Claude certifications from Anthropic: Claude Certified Associate Foundations (CCAO-F), Claude Certified Developer Foundations (CCDV-F), Claude Certified Architect Foundations (CCAR-F) and Claude Certified Architect Professional (CCAR-P). CertWing covers the subject matter those exams draw on. It is not a question dump and it does not reproduce exam content.
Can anyone sit the Claude exams?▾
Not yet. Anthropic runs the programme through Pearson VUE and opens it to organisations in the Claude Partner Network. Registration goes through the Anthropic Partner Academy, so you generally need a company that is part of that network. Retakes are limited to four attempts per rolling twelve months, with waits of 14, 30 and 90 days between them. Worth checking before you plan around a booking date.
Do I need any prior experience?▾
No. The foundations courses start at what Claude is and what it can and cannot do, then build from there. The developer and architect material assumes you write code.
How much time does it take?▾
A lesson takes a few minutes. A whole course, meaning lessons, flashcards and the quiz, is an evening or a handful of short sessions. Nineteen courses is a project of weeks, not a weekend.
Is it really free?▾
Yes. Every course, flashcard and question is open from the start. There is no paid plan, no trial and no card.
Which languages is it available in?▾
English only at the moment. German and Spanish are planned but nothing has shipped yet, so if you see a language switch mentioned anywhere else, that is out of date.
Is CertWing affiliated with Anthropic?▾
No. CertWing is an independent study tool, built by two people who wanted a better way to work through this material. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, and it does not issue certifications. Only Anthropic does that.
